Message from the President
Annual Barbecue Date Update
Dear esteemed members of the forum, I greet you all with humility and respect.
As you are aware, our yearly barbecue is normally held in July in accordance with our constitution, and the agreed date for this year was 25 July. However, due to logistical challenges, availability and wider considerations, it has become necessary to move the event to 15 August.
On behalf of the leadership, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. This decision has been taken in the best interest of all concerned, and we kindly ask for your understanding and support.
We look forward to seeing everyone there with friends and family as we come together to enjoy a memorable and uplifting day.
